At Delta PSW, we are proud to be the only agency offering direct, continuous medical care to senior clients in retirement and nursing homes. For regular clients with scheduled hours, we include seamless, ongoing medical oversight at no additional cost through our unique doctor-on-call service. Available 12 to 24 hours daily, Monday to Sunday, this service provides invaluable peace of mind, ensuring that qualified medical support is always close at hand
Beyond medical care, we bring warmth and personalised attention to every resident, creating an environment where each individual feels valued and well-cared for. Our skilled Personal Support Workers (PSWs) undergo a thoughtful induction, focusing not only on clinical knowledge but also on compassion, attentiveness, and cultural sensitivity. This diverse, highly trained team adapts smoothly to the rhythms of each retirement or nursing home, delivering care that feels familiar and comforting

Day Services
We are pleased to extend a wide range of day services for our clients in retirement and nursing homes. Housekeeping
A clean, orderly environment is essential for comfort and well-being, and our housekeeping service ensures just that. Delta PSW provides assistance with all aspects of light housekeeping, including regular tidying, laundry, and bed-making. Our team is also happy to assist with meal preparation and kitchen upkeep, supporting healthy, enjoyable meals and maintaining a pleasant, hygienic living space for every resident.
